MESUCA is a full-chain licensed-IP product company — design, sourcing, manufacturing, logistics and after-sales under one roof. From roller skates to luggage to camp furniture, we supply officially licensed products to retailers, importers and distributors in more than 100 countries.

Who We Are

Megos Group traces its roots to 1978. What began as a trading business has grown into an integrated IP ecosystem: we design, prototype, manufacture and ship licensed lifestyle products at scale — nine categories, more than 3,000 active SKUs, one accountable supply chain.
In 2001, Ye Qinghua founded Mesuca, the operating arm that turned the group’s licensing vision into execution. Working directly with rights holders and their appointed agents, the team built the partnerships that define us today: Disney, Marvel, Sanrio, Hello Kitty, Lamborghini, Aston Martin, FIFA, Discovery Adventures, Super-K and Joerex.
Our products are structured across seven specialised divisions — covering sports, bags and luggage, outdoor living, K12 educational products, collectibles and motorsport merchandise — and reach shelves through supermarkets, specialty chains, international marketplaces and our own brand channels.
